This summer, I have the privilege of working alongside Mission 2535 in the Dominican Republic for two months in the El Cibao region of the Dominican Republic!! Mission 2535 is centered on Matthew 25:35 “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat; I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink; I was a stranger and you took me in.”

Mission 2535 is all about building sustainable communities in the Dominican Republic through providing clean water, sustainable food, dignified healthcare, and vocational training. These strategies are how Mission 2535 is seeing God radically change the Dominican Republic for his glory.

This summer I will be serving as an intern for Mission 2535. Every week groups of around 50 or 60 fly in from the states and partner with us in furthering the gospel through building sustainable communities. My role is leading those coming short term in all the ministry we get to do.

This summer we will be ministering in orphanages, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, among informal settlements, visiting homes alongside local churches, running sports camps, running VBS, doing construction, and more! Everything that happens this summer is centered around one vision… SEEING LIFE TRANFORMATION THROUGH THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST!!

I am so excited for what God is going to do this summer and would love to invite you to join me in prayer and partner with me financially as the gospel of Jesus Christ advances across the Dominican Republic.
